- Prepare privacy notices, separate consents where needed and company information based on actual processing.
- Configure forms, evidence of consent, cookies, analytics, retention and deletion.
- Review data routes and localisation, advertising and sign-in requirements where applicable.
- Prepare a plan for future changes. Internal organisational duties and legal conclusions are reviewed with the operator’s responsible specialist.
What you receive
A new or updated website within the agreed scope, document pages and forms, a record of changes and outstanding questions. Organisational compliance is reviewed separately.

Can you build a new site as well as adapt an existing one?
Yes. We can plan the pages and processing flows for a new project, or audit and adapt the existing site.
Does an automatic check certify legal compliance?
No. It examines public signals in source HTML. Applicability, actual processing, consent behaviour, database locations and internal duties require specialist review.
Does every form require consent?
Processing needs a lawful basis. Where that basis is consent, consent must be separate. The appropriate basis depends on the purpose and actual processing.
